This past year we've been creating a show; a webseries called Renewable. In it, we tell the story of blah blah blah about current season. Part story, part civic pride piece.
But the story is so much bigger than we've been able to tell, and now is the time to tell it.
Canada is among the top emitters per capita in the G20, and climate scientists predict that countries like Canada will be hit hardest by climate change due to our distance from the equator.
So what do we do about that?
Renewable is a show that tries to answer that question. We tackle a question.
What about the idea that we're not profiling people, we're profiling climates to tell human stories. Stories from today, stories imagined about tomorrow. We're proudly predictive, it's an exercise is futurism. What could the future look like if X, Y, and Z?
Show like (that show about imagining if humans vanished) have shown audiences have passion for speculative science content. More than the webseries, we want to take on ambitious ideas surrounding.
